THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R This petition has been filed on 31.08.2017 and on account of non-compliance of office objections within the time stipulated, matter came to be listed on 16.03.2018 and one week time was granted. However, petitioner has not complied with office objections. Thereafter, on 01.08.2018 this Court granted one week time to comply with office objections on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/-. Petitioner has neither complied with office objections nor paid the costs. Thereafter on 07.01.2019, again one week time was granted to petitioner to comply with office objections. However, petitioner has paid costs but office objections have not been complied with. Thereafter on 28.02.2019, three weeks time was granted to comply with office objections. However, petitioner has not complied the office objections. Since the matter is posted before Court for 5th time, the matter is passed over to be called in the post lunch session.
Hence, matter has been called at 4.40 p.m., none have appeared. This would only indicate that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition. Hence, petition is dismissed for default and non-prosecution.
