1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Petitioner claims to be entitled to loan under the Kisan Cash Credit facility under the scheme of the Government of India.
3. At present, the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by oral refusal made by the respondent-Bank to advance such facility to the petitioner.
4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending any further as final decision has yet not been taken by the respondent-Bank.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case, the petitioner files a fresh application/representation before respondent-Bank along with a certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today, the respondent-Bank shall take appropriate decision on that application and communicate the same to the petitioner in writing within a period of one month therefrom.
