Present revision has been filed challenging the judgement and order dated 5.3.2001 passed by the Vth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Firozabad in Criminal Revision No. 220/99.
From perusal of record it is clear that the order dated 5.11.1999 passed under Section 146 (1) Cr.P.C. was withdrawn and only this much was directed that the Tehsildar Sadar, Firozabad and S.H.O. Narki shall ensure that the standing crops be permitted to harvest by the person, who has sown the same.
It is clear that now the revision has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Office is directed to communicate this order to the Court below by FAX within three weeks.
