Learned A.G.A. has filed an affidavit of compliance on behalf of the S.P., Sambhal and the same is taken on record.
Sri Ajay Kumar Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Raj Kumar Khanna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.R. Chaurasiya, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the S.P., Sambhal and the Station House Officer, P.S. Rajpura, District Sambhal to carry on the investigation fairly and submit the report against the 3 remaining accused persons u/s 173(2) Cr.P.C. as soon as possible.
Learned A.G.A. states that the investigation with respect to the co-accused would be concluded shortly and the involvement of the accused, against whom the investigation is pending, was not found to be involved in the crime in question by the Investigating Officer.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Investigating Officer is directed to conclude the investigation with respect to the co-accused, against whom the investigation is pending, within four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
