This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.113 of 2018 (State vs. Netra Pal and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 629 of 2017, under Sections 323, 325, 506 IPC, P.S. Jaithara, District Etah, pending in the court of ACJM, Court No. 17, as well as, charge sheet dated 31.07.2017 submitted by the Investigating Officer.
The charge sheet dated 31.07.2017 is impugned in the instant application. The Investigating Officer after investigation and collecting credible evidence has filed charge sheet. It appears that the applicant is not cooperating with the trial court. Disputed questions of fact cannot be gone into under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
