3. Sri.Revanna, S/o Sannaiah, Aged major, Convener Dalitha Jagruthi Samithi, #55, 10th Cross, New Model House, Ashokapuram, Mysore-570 001. ... Respondents (By Sri. R.D.Renukaradya, HCGP) This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying to quash the 2nd FIR in Crime No.18/2019 dated:06.03.2019 (Annexure-D) by the R-2 and quash the entire proceedings, commencing registration of FIR in Crime No.195/2016 dated:23.11.2016 vide Annexure-A.
This petition coming on for preliminary hearing, this day, the Court made the following:-
O R D E R Learned HCGP, on instructions, submits that in compliance of the order of this Court, the third respondent has referred the complaint and transmitted the records to the second respondent Police Station and that the second respondent has registered an FIR and has, in fact, filed charge sheet.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the charge sheet.
3. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record.
4. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All the contentions are left open. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet, if she is aggrieved by the same.
