9. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondents and the above extract, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. After the tenure of 9 years of lease, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.92, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 03.07.2007, it is open to the respondents to extend the benefit to the petitioners or to go in for auction, depending upon the decision taken by the petitioners.
