The grievance of the petitioner, who holds Form- B license for running a retail outlet for sale of petroleum products of respondent No.2- Corporation, is that his application, dated 29-12- 2011, filed for renewal of the said license is not being disposed of by respondent No.3.
In view of this innocuous grievance, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the application, if any, filed by the petitioner for renewal of Form - B license and pending before him, pass appropriate order thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.46054 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
