Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. He made an endorsement as follows:-
"Pursuant to order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court EIOP before competent Court has been filed. The petitioner graves leave to withdraw this petition without prejudice to rights to contest EIOP."
In view the above endorsement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
