ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.3 has not completed the inquiry instituted under Section 51 of the A.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 and filed his report though the period of two months stipulated in the proceedings dated 30-6-2014 of respondent No.2 has expired.
Though time was taken by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Co-operation for instructions on 25-9-2014, he has not reported instructions.
Considering the fact that respondent No.2 has stipulated only two months’ time for completing the inquiry and submitting report, respondent No.3 is directed to complete the inquiry, if the same is not done so far and submit report to respondent No.2 within one month from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.36376 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
