The writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 28.4.2014 by which contractual appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled and the security deposited by the petitioner has been withheld and for mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2017 filed against the order dated 28.4.2014.
Without entering into the controversy raised by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Regional Manager to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2017 within a period of three months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned.
