Petitioner on the strength of Ext.P1 building permit for constructing residential building wants to extract ordinary sand from the site covered by Ext.P1.
2. In view of the Government order, no permit is required for extracting ordinary sand. However, for the purpose of transporting sand, 'P'-form is necessary. Therefore, the Geologist shall issue necessary 'P'-form on being satisfied with the genuineness of the claim of the petitioner based on Ext.P1 without insisting for No Objection Certificate. Needful shall be done within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Writ Petition is disposed of.
