ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 14.11.2011 in W.P.M.P.No.29719 of 2011 in W.P.No.24231 of 2011.
At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare placed before the Court a copy of notice in RCC.5(M)/156/2014 dated 01.09.2014 issued by the District Collector, Nellore, wherein he has stopped further enquiry into the genuineness or otherwise of the community certificates of 71 persons in Nellore District, showing them as belonging to Samban caste, in view of pendency of W.P.No.24231 of 2011.
With the stopping of enquiry, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and the respondents have purged the contempt, if any.
In view of the above, the contempt case is closed.
As a sequel to closure of the contempt case, Application No.152 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
