Jirga Jhaveri, learned Additional Public Prosecutor places on record a copy of communication dated 25/12/2012 from the Police Inspector, Crime Branch, Ahmedabad City to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch, Ahmedabad City. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions further states that Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch must have written to the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police under whose jurisdiction, the Amraiwadi Police Station is working.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also states that as per information available to her, the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police has assigned the inquiry to Assistant Commissioner of Police. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor to place further development on record on 10th January, 2013.
