JUDGMENT / ORDER

Though this Court on 03.09.2012 has passed specific order to serve notice to respondent no.1 through Jailor of Sabarmati Jail, Ahmedabad, Bailiff of concerned Court visited old place i.e. at the residence of respondent no.1.
In view of above, fresh Notice qua respondent no.1 returnable on 25.10.2012. To be served at Sabarmati Jail through Jailor, Sabarmati Jail, Ahmedabad. Registry to look in the matter and take appropriate steps to serve respondent no.1 through Jailor, Sabarmati Jail, Ahmedabad and also to see that again mistake will be not repeated.
