1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Adhar Card. They performed marriage in Durga Mandir (Kuwa Wala), Durga Colony, Jawalanagar, District Rampur on 12.12.2019. The marriage certificate has been issued by the temple, which has been filed as annexure to the petition. The petitioners have also applied online for getting their marriage registered.
3. Since the petitioners are married against their parents' wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this petition.
4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Milak, District Rampur, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
