This petitioner has been filed with a prayer seeking direction to the Addl. Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 21, Allahabad to decide the Case No. 4141 of 2017, arising out of Case Crime NO. 29 of 2017, under section 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC. and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.A. Mahila Thana, District Allahabad.
Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2013. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
