Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the similar indulgence may be accorded to the petitioners as has been accorded in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 12733 of 2021 as the present matter arises out of same Case Crime No. 0386 of 2021.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as briefly discussed above, as an interim measure, it is provided that till the next date of listing, petitioners shall not be arrested pursuant to the impugned First Information Report dated 16.12.2021 registered as Case Crime No. 0386 of 2021 under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Kayamganj, District Farrukhabad, provided they cooperate in the investigation.
