This is a petition under article 227 of the Constitution of India, by which the petitioner has prayed for expedite disposal of Prescribed Authority (PA) Case No. 11 of 2016, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 12, Allahabad.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of by directing the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 12, Allahabad to dispose of the aforesaid Prescribed Authority (PA) Case No. 11 of 2016, expeditiously within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy is produced before him.
The Petition is disposed of.
