Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner in Court is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for opposite parties no. 1 to 4.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the detenue (Neha Srivastava) is aged about 24 years as per her High School Certificate, Annexure No. SA-2 to the Supplementary Affidavit. She had married with the deponent on 23.3.2010 and the marriage was also registered on 23.3.2010 under the Hindu Marriage Act, Annexure No. 2 to the writ petition. It is contended that her father opposite party no. 5, and her uncles opposite party no. 6 and 7 are illegally detaining the Corpus against her wishes.
Issue notice to opposite party nos. 5 to 7 to produce the Corpus (Neha Srivastava alias Neha Shukla before the Court on 12.7.2010 for which the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000/- towards expenses in three days.
