Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The candidature of the petitioner has come to be rejected by the respondents leading to the filing of the present writ petition. From the averments made in the counter affidavit, the Court notices that the respondents have found that in the course of scrutiny of documents, the petitioner has submitted a domicile certificate bearing the dated 30 November 2019. According to the respondents the aforesaid certificate should have been one which was issued prior to 8.12.2018 as per the cut of date mentioned in the notification dated 16 November 2018. Clause 6-Ga-(1) of the notification reads thus:-

Thus it is manifest that the petitioner failed to abide by the aforesaid clause of the notification and provisions made therein. In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds no ground for issuance of directions as prayed for.
The writ petition is dismissed.
