Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted liberty to have the instant writ petition dismissed as withdrawn subject to rights being reserved to challenge the orders impugned here, in the pending writ petition being Writ Petition No. 23646 of 2018 preferred at the behest of the petitioners 4, 5 and 6. Additionally, liberty is also accorded to the petitioner 1, 2 and 3 to join as parties in the pending writ petition.
