1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the High School Certificate.
2. They have performed Nikah out of their own sweet will at Mosque on 19.08.2019 at Allahabad and the family members are harassing them. The petitioners are directed to file an application for On-line registration of their marriage under the U.P. Marriage Registration Rules, 2017.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Kareli, District Prayagraj (Allahabad), who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
