At the very outset, Mrs. Archana Singh, learned AGA-I submits that in the present matter, the charge-sheet has already been submitted before the competent court on 18.9.2021, as such, the writ petition itself rendered infructuous.
Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous in terms of the aforesaid.
