JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 33
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 13909 of 2021 Petitioner :- Smt. Neha Shahi Respondent :- Union Of India Through Its Secretary Ministry Of Defense And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Sampat Prasad Sonkar,Om Prakash Singh Counsel for Respondent :- A.S.G.I.,Krit Raj Singh
Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J.
Petitioner's grievance is against the authorities of Ordinance Factory, Kanpur.
Sri Krit Raj Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents raises an objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that Central Ordinance Factory is an authority notified under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, and therefore, by virtue of law laid down by the Apex Court in L. Chandra Kumar vs. Union of India and other, AIR 1997 SC 1125 a writ petition would not be maintainable directly before this Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid proposition urged on behalf of the respondents.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in respect of her grievance, this petition is consigned to records.
