The petitioner by means of this writ petition has sought a direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to furnish the scanned copy of the answer sheet of 2018 examination held for selection of Assistant Teachers in Junior Basic Schools. He has contended that the petitioner has already deposited Rs. 2,000/- as requisite fee by means of demand draft dated 04.10.2018 but the answer sheet has not been given to her till date.
Let 2nd respondent provide the scanned copies of the answer sheet within a period of 10 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order after due verification of deposit of requisite fee as per rules.
Writ petition disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
