Smt. Neha Praveen @ Niharika Kumari Sinha petitioner No.1 appears in person and claims to be major. She has filed Aadhar Card showing her date of birth as 21.10.2010. She has stated that she has voluntarily married to Suhail Shah petitioner No.2.
In view of the statement of Neha Praveen @ Niharika Kumari Sinha, the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.
274 of 2018 under Sections 363, 366 IPC, PS- Ali Nagar, District- Chandauli till the submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. The petitioners shall cooperate with the police during investigation.
