The petitioner no.1-Neha Devi is present before this Court.
By means of the present writ petition, the the petitioners have invoked extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to quash the FIR dated 30.06.2018 registered as Case Crime No.395 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., Police Station- Saini, District- Kaushambi.
Learned A.G.A. has informed that in the present case, the charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner no.2-Ravi Singh on 15.10.2018, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C.
We are of the considered view, the writ petition with regard to petitioner no.2 has become infructuous.
The present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
The petitioner no.1-Neha Devi has shown her willingness to go alongwith her father-Awdhesh Singh. As such, Neha Devi is free to go along with her father.
