Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial one :-
"(ii).Direct the learned court below i.e. learned Additional Principal Judge Family court Firozabad to decide application dated 17.3.2021 under Order 4A CPC filed by petitioner in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 574 of 2014 (Pankaj Bhardwaj v. Neha Bhardwaj) within stipulated period which specified by this Hon'ble Court.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the decide application dated 17.3.2021 under Order 4A CPC filed by petitioner in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 574 of 2014 (Pankaj Bhardwaj v. Neha Bhardwaj) strictly in accordance with law and after recording satisfaction regarding service of summons and after giving full opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
