1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major. They got married out of their own sweet will on 07.12.2019 in a temple and they have also entered into the marriage agreement by a notarized affidavit on the same date.
3. It has been submitted that since the petitioners are married against their parents' wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this petition.
4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Kayamganj, District Farrukhabad, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
