1. A joint affidavit filed by both the petitioners is taken on record.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the police authorities to give protection to the petitioners as they have married out of their own sweet will.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major and the petitioner no.1 was born in 1993 as per High-School Certificate and petitioner no.2 is also major. The petitioners have married out of their own sweet will and they have got it register in the office of the Marriage Registrar, Anola, District Badaun. Since the petitioners have married against their parents wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this writ petition.
5. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S- Bisauli, District Badaun, who shall extend all help and protection to them under the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
