Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This application has been filed with a prayer to direct the court of C.J.M., District Firozabad to decide the misc. case no.1360 of 2015 arising out of case crime no.830 of 2014, under sections 304, 284 IPC, P.S. Shikohabad, District Firozabad expeditiously pending in the court of C.J.M., District Firozabad, since 17.9.2015.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that on the first information report lodged by the applicant without proper investigation and recording any statement final report was submitted against which protest petition was filed, however, same is pending since 17.9.2015.
Considered the submissions. If this fact is correct that the protest petition is pending since then the District Judge, Firozabad and the C.J.M., concerned, shall look into the matter to get the same disposed off, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months, in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the parties, concerned.
With the above observation, this application is finally disposed off.
