This writ petition has been preferred for expediting the investigation in Case Crime No. 0624 of 2018 (State Vs. Pushpendra Rajawat), under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498-A IPC and 4 & 5 Domestic Violence Act, 2005, P.S. Firozabad South, District- Firozabad within a stipulated period.
Learned A.G.A submits that no useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending and it be disposed of by giving appropriate directions.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.2 to ensure expeditious investigation in the above case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 6 months from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
