1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Aadhar-Card.
2. They have solemnized marriage out of their own sweet will at Arya Samaj Vaidic Sanskar Trust & F.F. Rajindra Market Tis Hazari Delhi, on 21.05.2019 and the family members are harassing them.
3. The petitioners are directed to file an On-line application for registration of their marriage under the U.P. Marriage Registration Rules, 2017 and then approach to the S.H.O., P.S. Kareli, District Prayagraj (Allahabad), who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
4. This petition stands disposed of.
