ORDER This civil revision petition arises out of judgment and order dated 08.06.2016 passed by the Court of Small Causes, Bengaluru in S.C.No.601/2015 whereby the suit for ejectment and mesne profits filed by the respondent/plaintiff was decreed in his favour against the petitioner-defendant.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that pursuant to the impugned judgment and order, the respondent has taken out execution proceedings long back and in the same, the impugned judgment and decree has been satisfied whereby the respondent has recovered vacant possession of the schedule premises from the petitioner in the year 2016.
4. The said submission is placed on record.
5. This revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
