Neetu Gupta vs Vineet Kumar Gupta

1. This is an application seeking transfer of O.S. No. 497 of 2007 (Vineet Kumar Gupta Vs. Neetu Gupta) filed by the respondent (the husband) under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act decided ex parte on 15.4.2009. Thereafter the applicant has preferred a recall application being Case No. 83 of 2010 which is pending in the Court of Civil Judge (S.D.), Mirzapur.

2. Learned counsel for the parties stated at the bar that there is some possibility of compromise in the matter between the parties and, therefore, this transfer application at this stage be dismissed.

3. In view of the above statement the application in quetion is dismissed at this stage.
