Heard Mr. M.K. Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the applicants in Court today is taken on record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction upon the Court below to decide the Complaint Case No. 481 of 2017 (Smt. Neetu Gupta Vs. Ankit Lohiya and others), under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005, P.S. Sahajanwa, District Gorakhpur pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd, Gorakhpur within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates within a period of two (2) months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
