From the instructions placed by learned Standing Counsel which are marked as "X" for the purpose of identification, it is evident that the petitioner has wrongly computed the marks obtained by her in the physical test as 158 whereas she had obtained only 140. If that be taken into account, according to the respondents, the petitioner has obtained 394.46 marks whereas the cut off marks was fixed at 410.10.
Consequently no cause arises for entertaining this writ petition any further. The writ petition is disposed of.
