Sri Pawan Singh Pundir, learned counsel for the applicant.
This application has been filed seeking a direction to the Trial court/Fast Track Court No. 1, Bijnor, to decide the Session Trial No. 146 of 2021 (State vs. Subham Sharraf) expeditiously on the day to day basis.
Perusal of the order sheets enclosed reveals that prosecution itself was seeking time to produce its witnesses and thereafter, due to covid situation, courts were not functioning.
Therefore, I do not see any reason to issue any direction for expediting the trial.
The application fails and is dismissed.
