Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In pith and substance, the petitioner is asking that his representation dated 04.09.2017 addressed to the Joint Education Director, Gorakhpur, 7th Region, Gorakhpur, with regard to claim of petitioner for promotion, may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case any such representation is pending, the same would be decided by the concerned authority.
In view of the above, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition, on consent, stands disposed of directing the Joint Education Director, Gorakhpur, 7th Region, Gorakhpur to look into the grievance of the petitioners and pass appropriate order on the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
