The prayer of the petitioner is that the suit in which issues were framed on 24.3.2015 be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
A direction, therefore, is issued that the Original Suit No. 183 of 2014 be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. Adjournment shall be granted only under very pressing circumstances that too after imposing heavy costs on the party seeking adjournment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
