The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 4, Bareilly to decide complaint case no. 144 of 2014 (Smt. Neerawati Vs. Ranjeet Singh and another) under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, Police Station Bhamaura, district Bareilly pending before him expeditiously.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA appearing for the State.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously fixing short dates if there is no other legal impediment.
Both the parties are hereby directed to co-operate the court concerned in deciding the aforesaid matter and no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties.
With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of.
