This is the second bail application filed by the present applicant.
The first bail application filed by the present applicant has been rejected by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 21st August, 2019 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 19785 of 2019 and also directed that the trial may be concluded within three months.
It has been informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that trial is nearly to the conclusion. It is at the stage of 313 Cr.P.C. being recorded. There is no ground for interefering at this stage.
Accordingly, the present second bail application stands rejected.
