This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
" Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents no. 2 to provide protection to the petitioner so that she can live her life peacefully."
Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that if the petitioner has any grievance against her husband, who is allegedly torturing her, she may ventilate her grievance in accordance with law before the appropriate authority. It is expected that the concerned authority shall do the needful in the matter if the petitioner approaches it for redressal of her grievances in accordance with law.
With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of finally.
