Vide order dated 24.9.2018 concerned Magistrate allowed the interim maintenance application moved under Section 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act (hereinafter referred to as the Act) fixing maintenance @ Rs. 3,000/- per month to the opposite party no. 2 and Rs. 2,000/- to her child. Order under challenge is appealable. Revisionist has approached this Court without availing the opportunity of appeal.
In view of the aforesaid, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
Office is directed to return certified copies of the documents after obtaining photo copies of the same on record.
