Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel who appeared on behalf of State-Respondents.
In pursuance of the earlier order passed by this Court the Deputy Inspector General of Police (Karmik), U.P. Lucknow has sent instructions dated 1.10.2018 which has been produced before this Court by the learned Standing Counsel.
On perusal of the instructions this Court does not find any good ground to show interference in the order impugned.
The petitioner shall immediately join at the transferred place of posting at Maharajganj.
In case the petitioner joins within a period of two weeks from today, no disciplinary proceeding shall be initiated against her for disobedience of order dated 10.8.2018.
The petitioner after joining may make her representation to Respondent No.3 who shall refer the matter to the Police Establishment Board for appropriate orders to be passed thereof in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
The instructions dated 1.10.2018 are kept on record.
