This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
a/- issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 2 and 3 to decide the application dated 3.4.2019 as early as possible.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Nishant Mehrotra, learned counsel for the Respondents No. 2 and 3 and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 3, Branch Manager/competent authority to consider and decide the application dated 3.4.2019 pending before it in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
