The petitioners, who are defendants in Original Suit No. 607/2014, have filed the instant petition with the grievance that their objection against application for temporary injunction is not being decided, whereas, the order of temporary injunction is being extended from time to time.
Having regard to the fact that the temporary injunction is continuing since the year 2014, without objection being decided, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to ensure that the matter relating to temporary injunction, including the objections filed by the petitioners are decided expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
