JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing rejection order of form dated 28.11.2020, which is appended with the petition at Annexure - 1.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has made an innocuous prayer that petitioner may be given liberty to represent his case before competent authority for redressal of his grievance.
Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel has submitted that he has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by petitioner's counsel.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri R.K. Upadhyay, learned counsel for respondent no2, learned counsel for the State and perused the record.
Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to move a fresh detailed representation alongwith a copy of the instant petition as also a copy of this order before respondent no.1/Secretary Transport, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow within 10 days from today, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of the said representation.
The order so passed shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
With the aforesaid directions, the instant petition is disposed of.
