Heard Sri Anil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.K. Upadhyay, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondents.
State counsel submits that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner is at liberty to approach the higher authorities of the district.
The above proposal is duly acceptable to the petitioner.
Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the higher authorities of the district within a period of two weeks.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and in case there is any substance in the complaint of the petitioner, the higher authorities to act in accordance with law.
The party shall file computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by petitioner (s) along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number (s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
